Hi Chris,

ATT: [Chris] Toshiba Second Retailer to Announce 3D TV

Fantastic article (to-the-point, and glad you were able to elicit the response, “We are looking into using the best technology possible and the one which is right for the consumer”). I’m excited as I finally have a ‘news-worthy’ piece for you, Zpryme was cited on msnbc.com recently and we followed up with a timely snapshot on 3D TV that we prepared for post-CES. Thought it would make a poignant discussion piece for your article or a follow-up – adds a consumer-centric (for your readers) element.

The snapshot (http://www.zpryme.com/reports/3D_HDTV_Buzz_Report_Zpryme.pdf), excerpted from our study, is an informative read, based partly on analysis of consumers reacting to articles posted on sites like yours.

Sample excerpt from snapshot:

”3D TV presents a giant leap forward both in terms of technology and the user experience. Consumers are well aware of this and are excited by the prospect of enhanced cinematic immersion and gaming interaction. The naysayers are missing the point here. Adoption will be driven by big ticket content and media events—think broadcast sports, movie night, gaming, and so on. If the success of Avatar confirms anything, it’s that consumers are happy to overlook the perceived shortcomings of 3D ―”done right”.”

I’m a HUGE fan of News In Tech, so feel free to use in whole or excerpt.

Keep the wonderful articles and insights coming – have a great week!
